We install multiple fiber tubes on the creel, distribute the multiple fibers evenly through ceramic buckles, and then transfer the spool to the first tension controller. Then, through the film removing machine and cutting, each fiber is evenly distributed to the fiber laying device to ensure that the fiber is evenly laid, glued, and each fiber is completely impregnated with the adhesive resin. There is a film release device on the top of the frame to guide the cloth after gluing. The roller is combined with the film and then enters the drying device. After the material leaves the drying device, it enters the tractor. After traction, it is rolled up by the tension controller at a constant speed to form a fiber cloth. Finally, it is passed through a 0/90° orthogonal laminating machine to form a cross fiber cloth. The multi-layer fiber cloth is formed by a flat laminating machine.
