Double Belt Laminating Press Features

Horizontal conveyors allow both flexible and rigid materials to be processed.
The conveyor moves the material through this process completely "pressure free".
Thin materials only a few microns thick can be processed up to 150mm.
Top and bottom conveyors can feed product lightly without pressure or can apply high pressure.
Zoned heating control allows independent control of top and bottom, width and longitudinal heating.
Pressure can be applied during heating and cooling to compress and calibrate the product if desired.
The calender roll system can apply additional high tunnel independent pressure to one or more zones.
It can handle roll-to-roll or sheet-fed processing and can also integrate sheet-roll-sheet feeding.
Multilayer structures can be laminated at one time.

Filter materials with additives such as activated carbon added (e.g. air filters)
Membranes and multilayer films (e.g. moisture barrier, water filtration)
Production of sandwich panels/composites (e.g. vehicle structures - walls, superstructures, webs, interior panels, insulation panels, etc.)
Production of honeycomb panels/composites (e.g. vehicle structures - walls, superstructures, webs, interior panels, sound-absorbing elements, formwork elements, etc.)
Thermal bonding of several textile webs (e.g. interlining)
Carpet Coating and Lamination
Thermal lamination of multiple layers of fabrics, foils and foams (e.g. automotive headliners)
Leather coverings (car seats, furniture accessories, footwear)
