The robust design of the Double belt press lines is ideal for products that require a lot of pressure and contact during lamination, but do not require full compaction heating and cooling during lamination. Starting with a 2500mm heating section, additional 1500mm heating, cooling and pressure sections can be added, advanced assembly concepts. In addition, it can be used for extremely thin film materials up to 150 mm thick. Due to its heavy-duty construction and adaptability, it can be used in a wide range of applications and is ideal for the manufacture of rigid products and honeycomb panels for the composite, automotive and construction industries.
